For a quick snack, you can make yourself an omelet. Pour vegetable oil into a skillet and put on fire. Peel the onion, cut it into small cubes and place it in a skillet with hot oil, remember to stir. Take two fresh tomatoes, wash them and remove the peel, after rinsing the vegetables under boiling water. Cut the tomatoes into cubes about two centimeters in size and add to the onion to brown. In a separate bowl, mix 4 chicken eggs, a glass of milk and a little salt, add the resulting mixture to the pan with vegetables and bring to readiness, stirring occasionally. This dish takes about 15 minutes to cook. If you don't like omelet with vegetables, you can only make it with eggs, milk and salt.

Another dish that you can prepare for a snack is croutons. Take white bread, cut it into pieces. In a separate deep bowl, combine 2 chicken eggs, milk and salt. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, put on fire and wait for it to warm up well. Dip slices of bread in milk and eggs and sauté them on each side over low heat for two or three minutes. Some people prefer sweet croutons and add some sugar to the egg and milk mixture. If you decide to cook salty croutons, after frying, you can sprinkle them with grated hard cheese or finely chopped fresh herbs. This dish also takes about 15 minutes to cook.

Alternatively, for a snack, you can boil plain spaghetti and make a vegetable salad. Pour water into a saucepan, put on fire. As soon as the water boils, add a little salt and dip the spaghetti in it. Bring the food to readiness, remembering to stir.

While the pasta is cooking, you can make a salad. Take tomatoes and cucumbers, wash them thoroughly under running water, cut into small cubes. Cut the onions in half rings, mix all the ingredients, salt a little and add pepper to taste. Ready salad can be seasoned with mayonnaise or vegetable oil.

When the spaghetti is cooked, drain the water (not all, since if it is completely absent, the finished dish will turn out to be overdried) and add a piece of butter to the pan. This dish turns out to be very tasty and cooks quickly enough. It can be served with a variety of sauces, which can also be prepared quickly or sold in stores.
