1. Your morning should start with lots of carbohydrates. Be sure, having eaten a plate of hearty porridge in the morning, you will not experience indescribable hunger at night.
2. Do not forget about water - 30 milliliters per day per 1 kg of body weight. This is really pure drinking water, not tea or soda.
3. Hot, spicy drinks are excellent at relieving hunger. Brew tea and add spices to your liking. A cinnamon stick, a little cardamom or star anise.
4. The refrigerator should always contain fresh vegetables. Organic fiber will quickly save you from hunger and, importantly, rid the body of toxins and toxins.
5. Light exercise will never hurt, and in our case it will also help to overcome the desire for food. Run through the park, do a few squats, and you will immediately feel that the hunger has subsided.
6. If you still feel hungry late at night, you can afford foods high in protein, such as boiled lean meat or cheese.
7. Drink some warm, low-fat milk at night. This will provide you with a sound sleep, and, of course, relieve hunger.
8. Take a warm bath with soothing aromatic oils. The effect will be about the same as from a glass of milk.
And, most importantly, remember that you should only trust those diets that will not bring the slightest harm to your health.
