Due to its low fat and high protein content, rabbit meat is dietary. This meat is very rich in PP vitamins, as well as calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and potassium, which are so necessary, especially for a growing body. In addition to its dietary properties, rabbit meat is very easy to prepare and unforgettably tasty.

- rabbit,
- 1 glass of sour cream
- 1 carrot,
- 50 gr. butter,
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp. l. vinegar
- black pepper
- salt
- spices (to taste),
- Bay leaf.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the rabbit beforehand, remove all fat and remove excess fibers. Put soaked in cold water with the addition of vinegar for 1-2 hours.
Step 2
Cut the rabbit into portions and fry in a preheated pan with the addition of fat (removed from the rabbit). Fold the meat into the gosper.
Step 3
Peel, wash and cut the carrots into strips. Peel the garlic, chop finely and fry with the carrots in butter. Place on top of the meat.
Step 4
Salt and pepper everything, add spices and bay leaf.
Step 5
Dissolve sour cream with warm water in a separate bowl. Pour gently along the wall into the gosper with meat.
Step 6
Place the rabbit and goose maker in a preheated oven. Drizzle periodically with the resulting juice and sour cream sauce. After 15 minutes of cooking, cover with a lid. Leave to simmer for another 40 minutes. Serve hot as an independent dish. Fresh vegetables and herbs can be served separately.
