This simple recipe will make your apple pie quickly. Yeast-free biscuit dough is very easy to prepare, and the apple filling does not require special processing. The pie turns out to be airy, tender and very tasty.

- - sugar - 250 g;
- - eggs - 3 pcs.;
- - apples - 500 g;
- - lemon juice;
- - vanillin;
- - icing sugar for dusting.
Instructions
Step 1
We wash the apples, peel them, remove the core with seeds. Cut into thin slices or strips. Then we put them in a saucepan, pour with lemon juice and sprinkle with about 50 grams of granulated sugar. If there is no lemon juice, then you can do without it.
Step 2
We wash the eggs thoroughly. Separate the yolks from the whites. Grind the yolks with sugar and beat until the volume increases by about 2, 5-3 times. In a separate bowl, beat the whites until a thick, stable foam forms.
Step 3
Sift flour into a large bowl, add vanillin. Pour out the whipped yolks and a couple of tablespoons of the protein mass. Mix thoroughly. Then we introduce the rest of the whipped proteins and very carefully - so that they do not settle - mix the dough until smooth.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Line the baking dish with baking paper or grease with butter, sprinkle with flour on top. Pour a couple of spoons of dough into the prepared apples, stir and pour into a mold. Distribute the remaining dough evenly on top.
Step 5
We put the pie in the oven. The baking time depends on the characteristics of each oven - from 20 minutes. You can check the readiness of the dough with a toothpick or a match: if, when piercing the dough, no traces of dough remain on it, then the cake is baked. Turn the finished apple pie onto a dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
