- garlic - 4 cloves;

Chop herbs and garlic, then mix them with mayonnaise. This mass should be laid out on a sheet of pita bread. Sprinkle the ingredients on top with grated cheese, smooth and cover with a second sheet, greasing it with mayonnaise.

Next, you need to drain the liquid from the canned food and mash the fish with a fork. Eggs should be hard boiled and chopped finely. Then you need to put these ingredients over a layer of cheese and cover with a third sheet of pita bread. The resulting cake must be rolled into a tight roll and pressed with a press. Next, the dish must be refrigerated for 30 minutes.

Lavash should be served cut into small slices 1-3 cm thick.

Vegetable pita rolls

Ingredients:

- champignons (fresh) - 250 grams;

- lavash - 1 piece;

- carrots (large) - 1 piece;

- onions - 2 pieces;

- sour cream - 100 grams;

- ketchup - 100 grams;

- greens to taste.

Onions and mushrooms must be cut into cubes, and carrots must be coarsely grated. These ingredients should be fried in vegetable oil and herbs should be added to them. Lavash should be greased with a mixture of ketchup and sour cream. Then you can lay out the vegetable filling and roll the cake into a roll. The food must be put in the refrigerator for two hours. You need to mix chopped crab sticks, garlic and mayonnaise to get a not very liquid consistency. The ingredients should be laid out on the first sheet of the future roll and covered with pita bread.

It is necessary to pass hard-boiled eggs through a meat grinder and season them with mayonnaise. Next, you need to put this mass on the second sheet of pita bread, covering it with the third on top. The layers should be leveled so that the filling is evenly distributed.

Then you need to mix the dill and mayonnaise, smearing them on top of the resulting pie.

The dish must be rolled along the short side into a roll, wrapped in foil. It should be in the shape of a thick sausage. The food should be put in the refrigerator for 6 hours. It comes out very satisfying.
