Filled lavash is a very popular snack. It is very often prepared for festive tables.
Such pita bread with carrots in Korean is prepared very quickly and simply, it does not need expensive and hard-to-find products. Guests who have come to the holiday will be delighted with such a wonderful snack and the simplicity of its preparation.
We need:
- Armenian lavash - 4 leaves
- Korean carrots - 400 grams
- Hard cheese - 400 grams
- Mayonnaise - 300 grams
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Greens - 2 bunches (dill and parsley)
We spread one sheet of thin Armenian lavash on the table, coat it with a small amount of mayonnaise, leave it for 5 minutes to soak the lavash. Then we rub the cheese on a coarse grater and make the sauce for our roll, from mayonnaise and garlic. Put Korean carrots on top of the pita bread, then a mixture of hard cheese, herbs and season everything with our sauce.
You need to smear so that the roll does not turn out to be too wet, as it can creep. We roll it up into a tube and put it in the refrigerator (you can first wrap it in foil or cling film). Let it brew for 20 - 30 minutes. After the time has elapsed, we take the dish out of the refrigerator, cut it into pieces ranging in size from 3 to 5 centimeters thick. We spread it on a dish, decorate with herbs.
