Mayonnaise is probably the most common sauce, without which it is impossible to imagine the kitchen of a modern hostess. Meat, salads and even baked goods - all this is not complete without mayonnaise. It's no secret that homemade mayonnaise is tastier and even, oddly enough, healthier than what we buy in stores. It contains no additives, preservatives and other "benefits" of civilization. Making mayonnaise at home is not difficult, the main thing is to be patient.

- 5 cups
- yolk - 1 piece
- vinegar - 1 tbsp. the spoon
Instructions
Step 1
Put the yolk in a glass or plastic dish, add a little salt and thoroughly grind or beat with a blender.
Step 2
Add vegetable oil in small portions (no more than half a teaspoon), mixing very thoroughly each time until the mixture starts to turn white.
Step 3
When a thick homogeneous mass is obtained from the yolks and butter, add vinegar and beat again.
