Snack - "Salad in avocado boats"
Cut the avocado (3 pcs.) Into two equal parts (lengthwise), remove the seeds and pulp. Cut the pulp into cubes and mix with lemon juice. Cut the cherry tomatoes (10 pcs.) Into halves. Cut shrimps (100 g) into small pieces and stir with tomatoes and avocado. Season everything with vegetable oil. Fill the avocado with salad.
Step 3
Lemon cocktail for lovers
Pour champagne into glasses. Shake the lemon liqueur (50 ml) and Cointreau (20 ml) in a shaker. Pour the shaker mix into champagne glasses.

Dessert - Valentine's cake
Cooking a biscuit. Beat eggs (3 pcs.) With sugar (200 g), add flour (200 g) and mix. Pour the dough into baking tins. We bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
Cooking meringues. Beat the egg whites and salt into a foam. We transfer the protein mass into a culinary syringe and draw hearts on a baking sheet. We put in the oven and dry for 45-50 minutes at a temperature of 100 degrees. Grease the biscuits with jam (raspberry, strawberry) and cover with a meringue heart.
