Champignons can be found on the counter all year round. These mushrooms are universal: they can be fried, cooked into soup, used as a filling. Having cooked champignons in red wine, you will get an interesting, original dish. It can be served as a snack, and mushrooms will go well with meat dishes.
It is necessary
- - 500 gr. champignons;
- - 5 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 3/4 cup dry red wine;
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- - salt, pepper, herbs.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the mushrooms, dry on a paper towel. Chop the garlic.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a saucepan. Add mushrooms and garlic. Stirring constantly, fry everything together for 1 minute over medium heat.
Step 3
Add red wine, turn up the heat, and fry the mushrooms for 1-2 minutes.
Step 4
Add vinegar, pepper, salt to the mushrooms. Reduce heat and simmer mushrooms for 10 minutes. When the mushrooms are ready, they need to be cooled and then served.
