Homemade apricot wine: a recipe

To make apricot wine you will need:

- 2 kilograms of apricots;

- 2 kilograms of sugar;

- 8 liters of water.

Wipe the fruits, peel and cover with warm water. Leave the mixture to ferment for 4-5 days, then mash the pulp into a pulp and add sugar.

Leave the drink to ferment for 6-7 days. However, several times a day you will need to stir the wort with a wooden spoon or spatula. After the end of gassing, filter the wine, bottle and leave to infuse for 2 months (at least).

Aromatic apricot wine: a recipe

Apricot wine prepared according to this recipe has a special aroma and rich taste thanks to the addition of nutmeg. You can enrich the drink with other spices - for example, a cinnamon stick or cloves.

To make apricot wine you will need:

- 2.5 kilograms of apricots;

- 1.5 kilograms of sugar;

- 0.5 liters of table grape wine;

- 1/2 tablespoon nutmeg;

- 2.5 liters of boiled water.

Peel ripe apricots from dust and seeds, chop, cover with warm water and grape wine. Add nutmeg to the mixture. Having cooked a syrup from 2.5 liters of water and 1.5 kilograms of sugar, also add it to the mixture - sugar will serve as a source of carbohydrates for microorganisms that provide fermentation.

Leave the starter culture in a warm place for 6-7 days, while stirring it from time to time with a wooden spatula. At the end of this period, filter the wine, pour into bottles and leave to ripen for 2-3 months.

Apricot wine with lemon juice: recipe

To make homemade wine from apricots with lemon juice, you will need:

- 1.5 kilograms of apricots;

- 3 glasses of sugar;

- 2.5 liters of water;

- 1 tsp yeast;

- juice of 2 lemons.

Remove the pits from the apricots, chop and wipe the pulp. Pour boiling water over the pulp and leave to stand for 3-4 days. After that, strain the pulp, and add yeast, sugar and lemon juice to the leaven. Leave the mixture in a dark place to ferment. When gassing stops, stir the wort and leave to infuse for another 3 days.

Then strain the mixture and pour into a wooden barrel. Leave it to stand for 6 months. After this time, pour the finished wine into bottles and leave to ripen. After 3 months, the incredibly delicious homemade apricot wine will be ready.
