Parents teach almost all children to consume, if not milk, then dairy products. All thanks to the opinion rooted in the people that such a "natural" product is useful for the body and helps its development in every possible way, especially at the very beginning of life. However, an opinion only remains an opinion until arguments are presented - and they are something people usually do not look for.

First of all, it is important to note that there can be a significant difference between cow's milk and the substance that people buy in the supermarket on a daily basis. As with instant powder, as well as with "condensed milk". It is impossible to predict the negative consequences of their use - after all, it is impossible to know for sure how well the product is produced. However, if we talk about a true, guaranteed fresh product, then it is more useful. It contains a huge amount of calcium, which is important for a growing body. In addition, you can find amino acids in the composition that have a beneficial effect on the psyche. Do not forget about vitamins, which help the body in many processes - from the digestion of food to the absorption of minerals. Interestingly, milk both promotes development and prevents excess weight. It contains fats and therefore is harmful: it loads the liver and increases cholesterol. But, on the other hand, vitamin B1, on the contrary, has a beneficial effect on the body's processing of useful substances. The problem is solved simply: if you consume milk with a low fat content, the beneficial effect will be much more significant. But you should never forget about the individual characteristics of the organism. So, people with a lack of lactose should in no case consume dairy products: some of the product will not be able to be absorbed, causing indigestion. The situation can be even more critical, because a drink so useful for children can begin to cause allergies with age - but only in some cases. Moreover, the allergy will not apply to dairy products (curds, cheese). In addition, you should be afraid of a number of diseases that milk in its pure form can provoke. These are kidney stones, atherosclerosis and calcification. Therefore, if doctors talk about your propensity for the above, it is better to exclude milk from the diet.
