Pour kefir into the blender, add banana, honey, oatmeal and cottage cheese to it. Beat everything thoroughly and chop for 20 seconds. The consistency of the smoothie will turn out to be thick due to the oatmeal.

Let the smoothie sit for about a minute to allow the oatmeal to swell slightly and soften. Then beat the contents again for 10 seconds. Pour the thick smoothie into glasses.
