- Serves 4:
- -1 glass of coconut milk
- -3 cups freshly brewed green tea (large leaf)
- -1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- - a pinch of cayenne pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Brew green tea in a teapot according to the instructions on the package. While the tea is brewing, heat the coconut milk in the microwave or over low heat on the stove. Be careful not to let the milk escape.
Step 2
In the teapot (where the green tea is brewed), whisk the vanilla and cayenne pepper together.
Step 3
Add warm coconut milk to the mixture from step 2.
Step 4
Serve warm for breakfast or lunch with pastries or sweets.
