The butcher Johann Laner, who lived in Austria or Germany, once decided to give the product this very form, although the content was known long before him. A cheap product, obtained from a mixture of minced meat of two types, delighted the population. In the Soviet Union, sausages appeared in 1936. Two dozen new meat processing plants have started to produce this product. It is worth noting the highest quality of sausages of the Soviet era, when the meat content reached 50 percent. When heated, it will melt and transform a classic dish into an original treat. For the specified amount of dough, you will need 60-70 grams of cheese. After the foam appears, add the egg and salt, then the butter and the remaining milk. Mix thoroughly and add flour. All the ingredients make an elastic dough that does not stick to your hands. After 40-50 minutes, it will double in volume. It should be rolled out, divided into strips and wrapped around sausages. After smearing with an egg, send the semi-finished products to the oven. The baking time, like puff pastry, is half an hour, but at a lower temperature - 180 degrees.
