The "Novogodnaya Gorka" salad is distinguished by a very delicate taste of chicken fillet, ideally combined with mushrooms and cheese. A little fresh cucumber adds freshness to the dish. The salad is so delicious that you want to put more and more on the plate.
It is necessary
- - 200 g chicken breast;
- - 200 g of fresh mushrooms;
- - 30 g of walnuts;
- - 2 chicken eggs;
- - 50 g of hard cheese;
- - 3 tbsp. l. low-fat mayonnaise;
- - 1 small fresh cucumber;
- - lettuce leaves to decorate the dish;
- - lemon to decorate the dish;
- - vegetable oil for frying mushrooms;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the chicken breast in salted water, then cool and cut into small pieces - the smaller the better.
Step 2
Boil chicken eggs, cool in cold water so that the shell is well peeled, peel and grate into a separate plate on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Wash the mushrooms, dry with a kitchen towel, cut into small slices and fry in vegetable oil until a beautiful brown color appears. Drain the oil and cool the fried mushrooms.
Step 4
Wash the cucumber, wipe it off, cut into short strips. The peel can be left on as long as it is not bitter. Grate the cheese.
Step 5
Combine chicken fillet, cucumbers, fried mushrooms, grated eggs and cheese. Add mayonnaise and salt to taste. Put the washed lettuce leaves on a plate, put the "New Year's Hill" salad on them, sprinkle with chopped walnuts on top. Place nicely cucumber and lemon mugs around the slide.
