It is necessary

  • - 2.5 kg turkey,
  • - 500 g lard,
  • - 150 g of vegetable oil,
  • - ginger to taste,
  • -1 lemon,
  • - garlic to taste,
  • - 1 teaspoon of paprika,
  • - 1 teaspoon of red ground pepper,
  • - 1 teaspoon of a mixture of ground peppers,
  • - salt to taste,
  • - lettuce to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

For kebabs, it is best to use a breast with a leg (you can take half of both). Use lard for kebabs.

Step 2

To prepare the marinade, take 150 g of unscented vegetable or sunflower oil, ginger juice to taste, the juice of one lemon (leave a little for sprinkling on the meat), paprika and peppers, and chopped garlic cloves. Mix well.

Step 3

Rinse the meat, dry, cut into portions against the fibers. Sprinkle the turkey with lemon juice and salt, and soak for about ten minutes. Then fill with the prepared marinade. Leave in the refrigerator for an hour (you can leave it for two hours).

Step 4

After the meat is marinated, prepare the grill (light the coals).

Step 5

Cut the bacon into small pieces. Shashlik turns out to be more juicy with bacon. Place the meat and lard on the skewer (alternate between meat and lard). Fry the kebab until the meat is tender (about 15 minutes). Serve the turkey skewer with bacon along with lettuce and fresh vegetables.
