In the summer I want to go to the dacha or in the forest, eat barbecue. For those who are tired of simple pork and beef kebabs, there is a simple recipe that will perfectly diversify your kebab season.
It is necessary

- - 1.5 kg turkey fillet;
- - 10 pieces. strips of bacon;
- - 3 pcs. rosemary stalks;
- - 5 g of cloves;
- - 20 g of honey;
- - 50 g of olive oil;
- - 5g ground black pepper.

Step 1
Prepare all ingredients. Rinse the turkey fillet thoroughly in cold running water, cut it into small pieces of the same size and shape. Lightly rub over them with a hammer for softness. Flip over and do the same on the other side. Rinse the fillets in water again. Place on a paper towel and dry.

While the fillet is drying, you can prepare the marinade. Take an orange, peel it and make a fine zest. Combine it with chopped rosemary, cloves and pepper. Let it brew for a few minutes, then add orange juice to the mixture.

Put fillets in a bowl and cover with marinade, refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Step 4
Place the turkey slices on skewers and brush with honey on all sides. Wrap the fillets with strips of bacon. You need to cook a shish kebab no more than 15-20 minutes, stirring constantly. After cooking, it is better to serve, pre-watered with marinade.
