Step 1
To prepare a delicious oatmeal cake with curd cream, take kefir with a fat content of 1%. If kefir is more fatty, for example, 3.2% fat, then dilute it with water, taking 200 ml of water for 300 ml of kefir. Kefir should be poured into a bowl and heated to a temperature slightly warmer than room temperature.
Step 2
Now put a spoonful of baking soda in warm kefir and stir quickly. The mass will foam. Add salt, sugar, cereal and gradually add sifted flour. Stir, add oil and stir again. Not too intense to keep the air bubbles created by the interaction of kefir and soda.
Step 3
Grease the pan with vegetable oil and sprinkle with the flakes. Pour the dough, flatten and place in the hot oven. Bake at 180 - 200 degrees for about half an hour. The top of the cake should be browned. Check readiness with a match.

Remove the cake from the mold, cool. Carefully cut off the sides and bottom of the crust.
