Everyone knows the drink "Tarhun" since childhood. It would seem, what can be prepared with this drink, besides cocktails, and how can it be used in cooking? It turns out that there are recipes and, at the same time, they are very tasty and mouth-watering.
It is necessary
- - 1 glass of flour;
- - 100 g of small raisins;
- - two eggs;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 20 g butter;
- - 200 g sour cream;
- - "Tarhun" drink;
- - icing sugar;
- - lemon.
Instructions
Step 1
Soak raisins in warm or hot "Tarhun" drink. The less raisins you have, the faster it will soak.
Step 2
To prepare the dough, you need to break two eggs into a bowl and beat with a mixer. Add four tablespoons of sugar, stirring until the granulated sugar is completely dissolved in the eggs. Add two hundred grams of sour cream (fatter is better) and sifted flour, whisking until a homogeneous thick consistency.
Step 3
Add to the dough soaked raisins with tarragon, soda quenched in lemon juice and set the dough aside to infuse.
Step 4
To prepare the glaze, pour 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar into a bowl, squeeze the juice of half a lemon, add powdered sugar, a little "Tarragon". Beat with a mixer until smooth.
Step 5
Grease muffin tins with butter (if you do not have silicone tins, you can bake muffins in ceramic cups). Pour 2/3 of the dough into each of the molds. Transfer the forms to a baking sheet and send to the oven, preheated to 180 ° C, for 10-15 minutes.
Step 6
Place the muffins on a plate and cover with icing. Muffins can be served both hot and chilled.
