Ingredients:

  • 2 medium carrots;
  • 20 g fresh parsley (herbs);
  • 1 egg;
  • 2 onions;
  • 4 potato tubers;
  • half a glass of semolina;

Preparation:

  1. Rinse the beef thoroughly in running water, cut into large pieces and put in a saucepan. Then the required amount of water is poured into it and the container is placed on a pre-heated stove.
  2. After the meat boils, remove all the foam that has formed and do not forget to reduce the heat. Cook the meat until it is fully cooked for about an hour and a half.
  3. While the beef is cooking, prepare the vegetables. Peel the onion and rinse thoroughly in cold water. After that, it must be cut into small cubes with a sharp knife.
  4. Then remove the peel from the carrot, wash it thoroughly and chop it using a coarse grater. If desired, carrots can be cut into long strips with a sharp knife.
  5. After that, you need to peel the potato tubers and rinse them thoroughly. Then the potatoes are cut into small pieces.
  6. After the beef is cooked, it should be removed from the broth, and the prepared potato tubers should be poured into the pan. Also, don't forget to add your favorite seasonings.
  7. Cut the beef into small pieces, removing all the bones.
  8. Pour carrots with chopped onions into a hot frying pan, into which you first need to pour a little vegetable oil. Saute these vegetables until cooked through.
  9. Then start preparing the dumpling dough. To do this, knead an egg, semolina and salt dough in a deep cup. Form small dumplings from the finished dough.
  10. After the potatoes are cooked, dumplings, chopped beef should be dipped into the soup, and fried vegetables should also be poured. Let the soup simmer a little more and remove from the stove.
  11. You can pour the finished dish into plates after it has been infused under a closed lid for a third of an hour. Don't forget to add some washed and finely chopped parsley to each plate.
