This oatmeal cookie is very similar to the classic one according to GOST, but surpasses it in benefits due to the whole grain flour in the composition.
It is necessary
- For 10 cookies:
- Whole grain flour - 98 g;
- Oat flour - 42 g;
- Sugar - 50 g;
- Favorite jam - 1 tsp;
- Butter - 40 g;
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp;
- Vanillin - 1 tsp;
- Soda - 0.5 tsp;
- Hot water - 3 tbsp.;
- Raisins - 1 tablespoon;
- A pinch of salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Grind the raisins. In a blender bowl, combine it with butter, cinnamon, vanilla, sugar and beat for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Dissolve the salt in 1 tbsp. water. With continuous stirring, send oat flour and water and salt to a blender. Beat for a couple more minutes.
Step 3
Add the rest of the ingredients, after extinguishing the soda 2 tbsp. boiling water. Knead until smooth, and then roll out into a layer 1 cm high. Cut out cookies with a glass.
Step 4
Put the blanks on a baking sheet with baking paper and send them to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 13 minutes. Enjoy your tea!
