Recently, Thai cuisine has become more and more densely included in the diet of a Russian person, because it is filled with fresh exotic tastes and many useful vitamins.
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 220 g rice noodles;
- 1 tablespoon tamarind
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 4 cups broccoli
- 1 carrot;
- 3 teaspoons of sugar;
- 100 ml of rapeseed oil;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 2 cm of ginger root;
- 16 large peeled shrimps;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 3 stalks of green onions;
- 200 g bean sprouts;
- 1/3 cup chopped peanuts
- 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- sesame seeds;
- red pepper flakes optional.
Preparation:
- Place the rice noodles in cold water. Let it steep in water for 1 hour. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, beat together the tamarind paste, fish sauce, sugar, lime juice and 50 ml of water, then set aside. Steam the broccoli and carrots lightly and set aside as well.
- Drain the noodles with a colander. Heat a wok over medium heat for 1 minute, then add oil, add garlic and ginger, frying for 30 seconds. Fry the shrimps for 3 minutes, almost until tender. Transfer the shrimp to a plate. Leave the oil in the pan.
- Add the noodles to the butter and stir fry for 1 minute. Pour in ¾ of the prepared sauce, stir until it covers all the noodles. Add more sauce if necessary.
- Cook the noodles until they reach the aldente stage, then move them to the side and beat the eggs in the remaining place. Add shrimp, broccoli, carrots, green onions, bean sprouts and half a peanut. Mix the whole mixture.
- Divide everything into plates and garnish with the remaining nuts, cilantro, lime wedges, sesame seeds and red pepper flakes.
By the way, this dish can be easily frozen, it will not lose its taste.
