Rice porridge in our family is cooked by my husband. It is he who makes it so rich and tasty. I hasten to share the recipe with you.
It is necessary

- - Water 3 tbsp;
- - Salt 0.5 tbsp;
- - Sugar to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the rice thoroughly under running water. We put it in a saucepan and fill it with three glasses of cold water. We put on high heat and cover with a lid.
My husband cooks porridge only on weekends, as he works on weekdays. It turns out such a small family tradition. Well, my best is millet porridge.
Step 2
As soon as the porridge has boiled, we open the lid and reduce the heat to minimum. The water should evaporate almost completely.
I want to note that rice is the main grain crop in the East. He takes pride of place on the table of every family. Also, rice is a dietary product, it contains a lot of useful vitamins and nutrients.
Step 3
After evaporating the water, add two glasses of milk, salt and add sugar to taste. Cover and cook until tender.
For kids, rice porridge is a great protein meal.
Step 4
Put the finished porridge on plates. You can add pieces of fruit, dried apricots or simply season with oil. I eat porridge with dried apricots, previously soaked in water.
