Step 1
Pour milk into a deep bowl. Separate the whites from the yolks. Add the yolks to the milk, and set aside the proteins for now.

Sift wheat flour and baking powder through a sieve into milk with yolks. Mix, add granulated sugar and vegetable oil.
Step 3
Beat the whites into a cool white foam and add to the dough, stirring gently. The dough is ready.
Step 4
The pan should be well preheated. You can fry without oil, as the dough already contains oil. When one side is covered with holes, you can turn it over to the other side. On the other side, fry less.
