    • salt.

Step 1

Pies with fish filling. Peel 2 onions, chop and fry in vegetable oil.

Cut 500 g fish fillets into small pieces. Fry them on both sides in vegetable oil.

Combine fried fish and onions. Add 0.25 teaspoon black pepper and salt. Mix everything thoroughly. The filling for the pies is ready.

Divide 1 kg of yeast dough into small pieces.

Roll each piece of yeast dough into a round cake about 15 cm in diameter.

Place 2 tablespoons of the filling in the middle of each flatbread.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and place prepared pies on it. Leave them in a warm place for 20-30 minutes to proof.
