    • 300 g zucchini;
    • 300 g pods of red sweet pepper;
    • 150 g frozen spinach;
    • 100 g of dried tomatoes in vegetable oil;
    • 20 g dried porcini mushrooms;
    • 5 eggs;
    • 200 g cream cheese;
    • 200 ml heavy cream;
    • 125 g processed cheese;
    • a bunch of basil;
    • 2 cloves of garlic;
    • salt
    • cayenne pepper to taste

Step 1

Prepare vegetables for this dish. Wash the tomatoes and bell peppers and cut into cubes. Peel the garlic. Wash and chop the basil. Defrost the spinach, squeeze and chop too. Wash the zucchini and cut into thin longitudinal slices. Boil water in a saucepan, add salt and blanch zucchini plates in boiling water for two minutes. Then remove with a slotted spoon, pour over with cold water, put on a large dish and dry. Soak dried porcini mushrooms in cold water for 30 minutes.

Combine one egg, any soft cream cheese, chopped spinach, half chopped bell peppers and tomatoes, and season with salt to taste. Peel one clove of garlic, pass through a press and add to the mass. On each strip of zucchini, place one tablespoon of egg-cheese-vegetable filling and roll into rolls.

Grease a baking dish with fat or vegetable oil. Place the zucchini rolls in it. In a separate bowl, combine four eggs and cream (20-33% fat). Beat the mixture a little, add the squeezed mushrooms, the second half of the chopped bell pepper, chopped basil and stir. Pass the remaining garlic to the mass through a press. Season everything with cayenne pepper and salt, and then place on rolls in a mold.

Bake the zucchini with vegetables in the oven for about 50 minutes at 200 degrees. Cut the processed cheese into cubes, sprinkle on rolls and bake for another five minutes at the same temperature. Serve with a sprinkle of herbs.
