Nutritious, light, balanced and incredibly satisfying, that's exactly what you can say about zucchini rolls. They turn out to be very juicy, aromatic and piquant.
It is necessary
- 1 zucchini
- tomatoes - 3 pcs,
- 1 onion
- bell pepper,
- a few cloves of garlic
- boiled chicken fillet,
- hard cheese - 35 grams,
- 1 yolk,
- cottage cheese - 2 tablespoons,
- vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons,
- a mixture of Italian herbs,
- some salt
- some ground pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the onion, bell pepper and garlic cloves, cut into small pieces.
In a saucepan, heat up the vegetable oil and fry the chopped vegetables in it. Cooking vegetables until soft and transparent. Season with herbs, salt and pepper a little.
Step 2
Rinse the tomatoes and cut into large pieces. Add tomatoes to vegetables, stir and cook for another five minutes. Remove the sauce from heat and grind it in a blender until smooth. Distribute the sauce according to the shape or small portioned molds.
Step 3
We wash the zucchini, cut into slices (about 10 slices). Fry the zucchini in a dry frying pan until lightly browned.
Step 4
We mix cottage cheese, egg yolk, salt and pepper.
Cut the chicken into small pieces. Mix the meat with cottage cheese, knead until smooth.
Step 5
Put a small part of the filling on a zucchini plate and roll it up. We will get about 10 rolls. Put the rolls in a baking dish and heat them a little in the vegetable sauce. Sprinkle with grated hard cheese and place in the oven.
Step 6
We bake zucchini rolls for 10-15 minutes at 220 degrees. Serve the zucchini hot.
