Home-made cookies usually taste better than store-bought cookies, and they certainly come out much fresher. Delicate curd filling with walnuts will give this dessert a special charm and interesting taste.
It is necessary
- - a handful of walnuts;
- - 70 g of butter;
- - 100 g of granulated sugar;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 350 g low-fat cottage cheese;
- - 400 g flour;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - soda on the tip of a knife.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat eggs with sugar, add salt, soda and cottage cheese to them. Mix everything thoroughly in a blender to get a homogeneous mass. Then add the sifted flour and knead to a soft and fluffy dough that doesn't stick to your hands. Wrap it in a plastic bag and leave it at room temperature for 20 minutes - then it will become even more elastic.
Step 2
After the allotted time, divide the dough into 2 equal parts so that it is more convenient to cook from them. Roll each into a thin layer, the thickness of which does not exceed 5 mm, and brush with melted butter. Break the walnuts into large pieces, then put them on the dough and roll it into a roll.
Step 3
Sprinkle a knife with flour and cut the roll into 3 cm wide pieces. Place these cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in an oven preheated to 160 ° C for half an hour. Sprinkle the finished cookies with nuts with icing sugar while still hot.
