Dried apricots, nuts, oranges and ice cream are a great combination for a summer salad.

We will need:

- 200 g of dried apricots;

- 120 g of raisins;

- 100 g of walnuts;

- 1 orange;

- 5 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;

- 100 g of creamy ice cream.

Pour boiling water over the dried apricots, leave for twenty minutes, then separate the pulp from the seeds, chop finely. Chop peeled nuts, mix with raisins.

Season the salad with ice cream and sour cream. Put the salad in a salad bowl, garnish with orange slices.

Recipe for curd salad with berries

Different berries are perfectly combined with cottage cheese. Therefore, be sure to pamper yourself with a curd and berry salad.

We will need:

- 300 g of strawberries;

- 120 g of red currant;

- 100 g of green grapes;

- 100 g of cottage cheese;

- 50 ml of cream;

- 5 tbsp. tablespoons of powdered sugar.

Rinse the grapes and strawberries, cut each berry in half. Leave a few berries whole. Take seedless grapes.

Mix cottage cheese with cream, add powdered sugar, add currants, strawberries, grapes, mix, refrigerate for fifty minutes. Arrange the prepared salad in bowls, garnish with berries, serve.

Vitamin fruit salad recipe

This salad is a storehouse of vitamins; it is usually served as a sweet dessert.

We will need:

- 200 ml vanilla yogurt;

- 120 g of green grapes;

- 8 plums;

- 2 tangerines, 2 kiwi;

- pear, apple, orange, lemon;

- 200 ml vanilla yogurt.

Rinse pear and apple and cut into thin slices. Peel lemon, kiwi, orange, tangerines, cut into wedges. Remove the seeds from the plums. Cut the seedless grapes into slices.
