Cookies for lovers of this aromatic invigorating drink even outwardly resemble coffee beans!
It is necessary
- - 0.5 tbsp. granular instant coffee;
- - 1 tbsp. milk;
- - 100 g of butter;
- - 100 g of soft cream cheese (cream cheese);
- - 95 g of dark brown sugar;
- - 5 g vanilla sugar;
- - 175 g flour;
- - 15 g cocoa.
Instructions
Step 1
We get cheese and butter from the refrigerator in advance: they should be at room temperature. Pour instant coffee with a spoonful of hot milk, stir and allow to cool.
Step 2
Using a mixer (choosing a guitar-shaped attachment), beat the softened butter and cheese for a minute. Add cooled coffee and two types of sugar to the bowl and beat for another minute.
Step 3
We switch the mixer speed to the minimum and add flour and cocoa. Stir briefly - only until smooth.
Step 4
We form balls with wet hands and put them on a baking sheet, slightly flattening them. Use a toothpick to make notches to make the cookies look like coffee beans. We bake for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees.
