Instructions
Step 1
Beat cottage cheese with egg, sugar and milk. Pour the curd mass onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, flatten, set aside.
Step 2
For now, tackle the biscuit layer of the roll. Separate the yolks from the whites, whisk the yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Punch the peeled banana with a blender, add to the yolks, add flour with baking powder for dough, stir. Beat the whites until sharp peaks are formed, gradually add to the dough, stirring gently. Put the resulting dough on the curd layer, gently smooth. Bake for 15-20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Step 3
Sprinkle a towel with powdered sugar, turn the sponge cake with the curd side up, wrap the roll with the curd inside.
Step 4
Now prepare the frosting to grease the finished roll. To do this, mix cottage cheese with powdered sugar and milk, punch with a blender. You can rub through a sieve if grains of cottage cheese remain. Lubricate the banana roll with cottage cheese with the resulting icing, make chocolate strips (for this, it is enough to melt some dark chocolate in hot cream) or simply sprinkle the roll with powdered sugar.
