Delight your loved ones with an unusual serving of ice cream: make a sandwich out of it!
It is necessary
- Biscuit:
- - 175 g flour;
- - 35 g unsweetened cocoa powder;
- - 140 g butter;
- - 100 g brown sugar;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 1 yolk;
- - 0.5 tsp vanilla sugar.
- - 500 g of ice cream for the filling.
Instructions
Step 1
Sift cocoa powder and flour into a large container and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Remove the oil from the refrigerator beforehand to soften. Then combine it with sugar in a bowl of a kitchen processor and bring to a smooth, fluffy paste.
Step 3
Add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients and stir quickly until the ingredients "set". Add yolk and vanillin, mix again.
Step 4
The dough will be slightly sticky, so place it in the freezer for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare a sheet of baking paper to fit the baking sheet.
Step 5
Roll the frozen dough into a small layer directly on a sheet of baking paper, transfer to a baking sheet and place in the oven for about 20 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick - it should not come out of the product wet!
Step 6
Remove the ice cream from the refrigerator to melt slightly. When the base cookie is ready and completely cooled, cut it in half. Cover the first with ice cream and cover the second. Put in the freezer for half an hour, and then cut into portions with a bread knife.
