At the same time, they turn out to be tasty, satisfying, they can be served as a dessert (if the filling is sweet), or as an independent dish. Step 1
Make or buy a ready-made yeast dough for pies. If you decide to make it yourself, then dilute the yeast in a little warm water or milk. Add salt, eggs, flour separately to the milk. Mix well and combine with diluted yeast. Knead the dough. Knead it until all the lumps are gone. At the same time, make sure that the pie dough is not too steep. When you knead it, you can add a little melted butter or margarine. Cover the dish with the dough with a towel and put it in a warm place for a couple of hours to rise. When it rises to its maximum (after about an hour), wrap it up.
Step 2
Place the dough on a floured table and start shaping the patties. Cut a small piece from the bulk of the dough and roll it into a long sausage 3 centimeters wide. Cut it into equal pieces. Roll into balls from these pieces, let sit for a few minutes. Form the balls into tortillas. Put the filling in the middle of each, and join the edges together, giving the pies an oblong, elongated shape. You don't need to put the pies in the pan right away, let them stand for ten to twenty minutes to make them more magnificent.
Step 3
Put the pies in a well-heated frying pan. Fry on each side until golden brown. Then put the finished pies in a saucepan or any other deep dish, cover with a towel to keep them soft. You can serve them to the table.
