It is necessary

  • - 350 ml cream, 33% fat;
  • - 130 g of boiled condensed milk;
  • - 1 packet of gelatin;
  • - 6 teaspoons of cranberries (fresh frozen).
  • Set aside the cranberries and chocolate for garnish.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour the cream into a saucepan. Add condensed milk, put on the stove. Heat over low heat until condensed milk dissolves, stirring occasionally. Cool the resulting creamy caramel base.

Step 2

Prepare gelatin according to the instructions, buy a sachet for 500 ml of water.

Step 3

Add a little creamy caramel mixture to the swollen gelatin, stir. Pour the mass into a creamy caramel, stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

Step 4

Take panna cotta molds and rinse them with cold water. Put 1 teaspoon of cranberries in each mold, pour in the base, put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Step 5

Before serving, immerse the molds in hot water, after a few seconds remove them - this makes it easier to remove the dessert. Garnish with whole cranberries. Melt the dark chocolate and pour it over the panna cotta.
