Cooking pizza dough

This dough is suitable for all pizza varieties. For lean pizza, use water; for slow products, it can be replaced with milk.

You will need:

- 200 g of wheat flour;

- 0.5 cups of warm water;

- 15 g dry yeast;

- 0.5 teaspoon of salt.

Sift flour and mix with salt. Dissolve yeast in warm water and pour mixture into flour. Knead a light dough. Cover the container with a towel and place in a warm place for 1 hour. Then remove the dough and knead it well on a floured board.

Pizza with onions and tomatoes

You will need:

- 400 g ready-made pizza dough;

- 6 tomatoes;

- 2 medium-sized onions;

- olive oil;

- a bunch of fresh basil;

- salt;

- freshly ground black pepper.

Roll out the pizza dough into a thin layer and place in a round shape. Make several punctures on the surface with a fork. Chop the onion finely and fry in olive oil until golden brown. Scald the tomatoes, remove the skin and seeds, chop the pulp. Add the tomatoes to the onions, season with salt, pepper and stir. Heat the mixture for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then remove the pan from the stove and cool slightly.

Spread the tomato-onion filling over the surface of the pizza, spread the fresh basil leaves on top. Place the dish in an oven preheated to 200 ° C and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Try another version of the filling - grease the prepared dough cake with butter, sprinkle with coarse sea salt and chopped rosemary.

Pizza with anchovies

You will need:

- 400 g ready-made pizza dough;

- 9 tomatoes;

- 6 salted anchovies;

- 2 onions;

- 3 cloves of garlic;

- a handful of pitted olives;

- olive oil for frying;

- salt.

For a delicious pizza, use very ripe sweet tomatoes.

Peel the onion, chop finely and fry in hot olive oil until golden brown. Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, remove the skin, remove the seeds. Cut the pulp into thin circles. Cut the olives lengthwise into two halves, crush the garlic in a mortar with salt.

Roll out the dough into a thin layer, put on a greased baking sheet. Spread the fried onions with anchovies on top, distribute the tomato slices. Sprinkle olives and crushed garlic over the surface of the pizza. Bake for 40 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 ° C.
