  • - 0.5 teaspoon of table salt.
  • For biscuits with cottage cheese:
  • - 250 grams of premium wheat flour;
  • - 300 grams of cottage cheese;
  • - 70 grams of butter or spread;
  • - 2 teaspoons dry basil;
  • - 1 clove of garlic;
  • - 0.5 cups of cold water;
  • - 0.5 teaspoon of table salt;
  • - a pinch of ground black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Sesame biscuits

First, sift the amount of flour indicated in the recipe so that it is free of lumps. Add baking powder, salt and sesame seeds to the prepared flour. Cut the hard butter into small fractions and combine it with the main composition. Pour in half a glass of cold water and, having mixed the ingredients, quickly knead the dough. Then, having cut it in two, place it in a dark and cool place for half an hour.

Then roll out the dough so that you get a layer 3-5 millimeters thick. Make punctures over the entire surface with a fork so that the dough does not bubble during baking, and the surface of the biscuits is even.
