- parsley (chopped) - 1 tablespoon;
- 1-2 tablespoons of sour cream.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut off the tops from the tomatoes and carefully remove some of the pulp from them. Turn hollow tomatoes upside down to drain off excess liquid. Fill the tomatoes with minced meat, sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs on top.
The tomatoes are ready for stuffing.
But you can also put them on a baking sheet and put in an oven preheated to 180-200 ° C for 10 minutes so that the cheese melts slightly.

Boil rice.
Rinse the rice, cover it with water about two fingers, and cook over medium heat until the water evaporates, then over low heat with the lid closed until tender.
