A juicy snack cake made from pink salmon, vegetables, eggs, fresh cucumbers, cheese and herbs is something! It is not only delicious, but also very beautiful. Therefore, it is the best fit for a spring celebration.
Ingredients:
• wafer cakes;
• 1 can of pink salmon;
• 3 eggs;
• 1 pack of crab sticks;
• 2 boiled carrots;
• 200 g of hard cheese;
• 2 fresh cucumbers;
• 1 onion;
• 3 cloves of garlic;
• salt;
• a handful of boiled shrimp (optional);
• 12-15 st. l. mayonnaise;
• sunflower oil (odorless);
• any greens.
Preparation:
1. Put the mayonnaise in a bowl and mix with the garlic, passed through the garlic.
2. Boil carrots and eggs, cool and peel. Just chop the greens.
3. Put 1 waffle crust on a dish, add salt and grease with 2 tbsp. l. garlic mayonnaise.
4. Mash the pink salmon thoroughly with a fork and put in one layer on top of the cake on top of the mayonnaise.
5. Chop the onion, fry until golden brown, using a minimum amount of oil, and put on top of the fish.
6. Cover the onion-fish layer with the second waffle crust, and the crust, in turn, add salt and grease with garlic sauce.
7. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, spread evenly on the second waffle crust and cover with the third crust.
8. The third cake is also greased with sauce and salt.
9. Rub the eggs on a fine grater, put in one layer on the third cake layer and again cover with the fourth cake layer.
10. Grease the fourth cake with sauce and salt.
11. If necessary, peel the cucumbers, rub on a coarse grater, squeeze and put on the fourth cake.
12. Thickly cover the cucumber layer with chopped herbs and cover with the fifth cake layer.
13. Grease and salt the fifth cake.
14. Grate the crab sticks, put them in a layer on the fifth cake and cover with the cake again.
15. Grease the sixth crust and sides of the snack cake generously with mayonnaise.
16. Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater and spread in an even layer on the sixth crust.
17. Place boiled shrimps on top of the cheese, making any pattern. If desired, the ready-made snack cake can be sprinkled with herbs and grated crab sticks.
18. Put the formed dish in the refrigerator for soaking for 3-4 hours, then take it out and serve! Bon Appetit!
