Easter is a festive dish that symbolizes bliss, fun, paradise life. Easter is often decorated with the letters ХВ (Christ is Risen). Many products are suitable for decoration: coconut, nuts, raisins, candied fruits, chocolate. It is easier to cook raw Easter, it will turn out very tasty with nuts.
It is necessary
- - 1 kg of cottage cheese;
- - 250 g icing sugar;
- - 200 g sour cream;
- - 150 g of dark chocolate;
- - 150 g of any nuts;
- - 70 g of butter;
- - 1 lemon.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a mixture of any nuts, chop. Grate chocolate, mix with powdered sugar.
Step 2
Rub the curd through a sieve, rub with soft butter until smooth.
Step 3
Pour sour cream into the curd mass, add the sugar-chocolate mixture, nuts. Add zest from one lemon, mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Cover the molds for Easter with cling film, make several cuts on it.
Step 5
Fill the molds with the curd mass, cover with the hanging edges of the film.
Step 6
Put some weight on top of each mold, put the blanks in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
Step 7
Flip the Easter tins onto portioned plates, remove the foil. Top with melted chocolate, garnish with nuts.
