Grind the flaxseeds in a coffee grinder to flour or powder. Use ground flax seed when cooking pumpkin, wheat, semolina, oat, buckwheat or rice porridge as an additive (30-50%)

Flaxseed drink

Mix natural juice (pineapple, apple or any other) with 1 teaspoon of flaxseed oil and 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed. Mix well, beat with a mixer or blender. Let stand for 10 minutes.
