There is a solution: you just need to use alternative ingredients for pancakes and toppings. Nowadays, there are many different varieties of flour, which can be found in every store and with which you can prepare healthy food. Pancakes made from whole grain or oatmeal, corn or flaxseed flour will turn out tasty and healthy, you can also use chickpea flour, but this is not for everybody, since chickpeas taste like peas.

It is necessary

  • - eggs - 2 pcs.
  • - milk - 350 ml
  • - flour - 5 tablespoons
  • - vegetable oil - 0.5 tablespoons
  • - salt, sugar zam (or honey) to taste
  • - large bowl
  • - whisk or mixer
  • - frying pan

Instructions

Step 1

The first thing we do is beat the eggs: take a large bowl and beat the broken eggs, gradually adding salt and sugar (sweetener).

Add half the milk and stir a little to combine the ingredients well.

So we can use different kinds of flour. Pick the one you like best, I like to use whole grain or oatmeal. Add flour, measuring out each heaping spoon. Stir well until smooth. It is very convenient to use a whisk or mixer for this, it will save your dough from unnecessary lumps.

Step 4

Pour in all the rest of the milk and vegetable oil and stir again. When baking, we will not use butter, as we have already added it to our dough. The finished dough should stand for about 20 minutes.

Step 5

In a preheated pan, pour the dough into the center of the pan and, making a circular motion with it, distribute it evenly over the surface.

We do this with each pancake.
