This original salad of spring lettuce leaves, tomatoes, fried avocado and bacon will surprise even the most fastidious gourmets. It is dressed with a mixture of garlic, balsamic vinegar, lime juice and honey.
It is necessary
- - 1 avocado;
- - 1/3 cup flour;
- - salt and pepper to taste;
- - 4 tomatoes;
- - 1/2 cup bread crumbs;
- - packing of spring salad;
- - 2 tbsp. l. grated Parmesan cheese;
- - 1 egg;
- - a few slices of bacon.
- For refueling:
- - 2 tbsp. l. balsamic vinegar;
- - a clove of garlic;
- - several art. l. honey;
- - 3 tbsp. l. lime juice;
- - salt and pepper;
- - 3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
- - 1/2 tsp. hot sauce.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the avocado into wedges. Pepper lightly and season with salt. In one bowl, beat the egg, in the other, mix the grated cheese with breadcrumbs, add flour to the third.
Step 2
Roll each piece of avocado in flour, then in an egg, then in breadcrumbs mixed with cheese.
Step 3
Heat oil in a skillet. Fry the avocado slices until golden brown and place on a paper towel.
Step 4
Combine lime juice, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, garlic, pepper to make a smooth paste.
Step 5
In a separate bowl, combine any hot sauce, such as Tabasco and mayonnaise.
Step 6
Put lettuce leaves, grated cheese, chopped tomatoes, bacon, fried until crisp in a salad bowl. Mix everything well.
Step 7
Top with toasted avocado. Top with the honey dressing, then the hot sauce and mayonnaise mixture.
