    • 1/2 tbsp. Sahara;
    • 200 g butter;
    • 1 tbsp sour cream;

    • 2 tbsp milk;
    • 2 tsp cocoa;
    • 50 g butter.

Instructions

Step 1

Beat the granulated sugar and eggs with a mixer. Melt the butter, cool slightly at room temperature and pour into the whipped mixture. Add sour cream and soda there.

Step 2

Stir, add cocoa powder, chopped nuts and mix again. Sift the flour, pour the mixture into it and knead the dough.

Step 3

Grease a baking sheet or baking dish with butter, dust the edges with granulated sugar and place the dough in it. Preheat oven to 200C. Bake the crust for twenty to thirty minutes.

Make curd cream. Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, grind it with a fork, add soft butter, condensed milk and mix everything well. Remove the crust from the oven and refrigerate. Put it on a dish, brush with curd cream.
