Apple rice pudding is a very light flavorful treat that you can make for breakfast. The recipe itself is quite simple, but the pudding on it turns out to be incredibly tasty, you can pour it with any sweet syrup before serving.
It is necessary
- - 4 apples;
- - 100 g of rice;
- - 100 ml of cream;
- - 4 st. spoons of margarine, fruit or berry jam, sugar;
- - 1 egg;
- - 1 teaspoon of baking soda;
- - vinegar.
Instructions
Step 1
Gently peel medium-sized apples, remove the center with seeds - use a special knife, as the apples should remain intact.
Step 2
Spread the pudding tins with margarine, put an apple in each. Pour fruit sauce or jam into the middle of the apple - the middle should be completely filled with it.
Step 3
Boil rice to a state of porridge, add an egg to it.
Step 4
Separately mix the cream and sugar, add the soda, quenched with vinegar. Beat the mixture with a mixer, you should get a thick foam. Add this foam to the rice, beat again with a mixer.
Step 5
Put the mass in the shape of the apples, filling all the free space with it. Put the pudding in the oven, cook at 140 degrees - a golden crust should form on top. Flavored Apple Rice Pudding is ready, serve warm.
