It is necessary

  • Ingredients for 4 persons:
  • - 2 large potatoes;
  • - a pack of fresh spinach leaves;
  • - 3 tablespoons of canned corn;
  • - a spoonful of Philadelphia cheese (you can use any curd cheese);
  • - a teaspoon of butter;
  • - 50 ml of milk;
  • - nutmeg (ground);
  • - pepper and salt;
  • - an egg;
  • - corn flour;
  • - olive oil.

Instructions

Step 1

Potatoes need to be washed, peeled, cut into large pieces, boiled until tender and discarded in a colander.

Step 2

Throw the spinach leaves into boiling water and, after boiling again, cook for literally 1, 5 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon, discard in a colander so that all the water is glass.

Step 3

Put the potatoes in a bowl (it shouldn't have time to cool too much), knead with a fork. Add cheese, butter and milk. Mix very well.

Step 4

Pour corn, spinach leaves into mashed potatoes, salt and pepper, season with ground nutmeg. Let the puree cool so as not to burn your hands.

Step 5

Heat a sufficient amount of olive oil in a frying pan. Beat the egg in one plate with a fork, and pour the flour into the second. We form croquettes in the form of small balls, dip in a beaten egg, roll in flour and fry in oil.

Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
