Ingredients:

  • Green onions - 1 feather;

  • Cauliflower - 100 g;

  • Pumpkin pulp - 100 g;
  • Onion - 1 pc;

  • Carrots - 1 pc.

Preparation:

  1. Pour milk into a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, peel the onion and carrots. Chop both vegetables into small cubes.
  2. We heat the ghee in a saucepan. Then we add vegetables - onions and carrots. Pour 2 tablespoons of water and simmer until the carrots soften. This will take 7-8 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, let's get close to cabbage, pumpkin and potatoes. Peel the tubers and cut into slices, rinse the cauliflower thoroughly and divide into inflorescences. Cut the pumpkin pulp into cubes.
  4. We transfer the pieces of vegetables to the saucepan. Pour 350 ml of water and wait for it to boil. Later, we continue to cook the soup in the mode of low heat, the lid of the dishes needs to be slightly opened.
  5. After 20 minutes, add hot milk to the pan. Throw in the salt and cook the soup for one minute without the lid.
  6. Finally, it was the turn of green onions - we quickly rinse and chop. Let's send it to the pan - and the milk soup is ready!
