Ingredients required to prepare the Bounty:
- 200-250 grams of milk chocolate (can be in the form of bars);
- 3-3.5 cups of unsweetened natural coconut flakes;
- 250-280 ml of sweet condensed milk.
Cooking bounty chocolate
1. Mix the condensed milk and coconut flakes very well.
2. Take a small tray or plate (you need the container to fit into the freezer).
3. Cover the selected dishes with baking paper (you can also use cling film for this purpose).
4. The mass of shavings and condensed milk must be shaped into small blocks of about 2 by 5 centimeters, spreading them on parchment.
5. Put the blocks formed from the shavings on a tray in the freezer for about half an hour.
6. At this time, you need to melt chocolate in a water bath or in a microwave oven.
7. Gently dip the coconut sticks hardened in the freezer into the chocolate using tongs or a pair of forks. Put the finished candies back on the parchment until the chocolate is completely solidified.
