  • - 500 g squid fillet;
  • - 2 pcs. onions;
  • - 400 g sour cream;
  • - 300 g of champignon mushrooms;
  • - 20 g of premium flour;
  • - 100 g of butter;
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

First, take fresh mushrooms and soak in a little warm water for a couple of hours. Take out, rinse, if there is dirt, clean it off with the hard side of the sponge. Remove all films. Use a sharp knife to cut the mushrooms into very small cubes.

Step 2

Wash the onion, peel and finely grate or chop in a blender. Take a skillet with a thick bottom, preferably a non-stick one. Heat well and melt the butter on it. Add the onion to the oil, stir constantly. After a couple of minutes, add the finely chopped mushrooms to the onion and fry, stirring occasionally, for ten minutes.

Step 3

Rinse the squid fillets in cold water. Place in a cup and pour over boiling water. Using a knife, carefully remove the film from them. Slice the squid into thin rings. About three to four millimeters thick.

Step 4

Pour the sifted flour into a frying pan for mushrooms and onions and mix, pour sour cream and salt. Put out ten minutes. Add the squid rings and simmer for another ten minutes. It is important not to overexpose the squid. Therefore, do not cover or stop stirring the sauce. Ready-made squid can be served as a main course or as an appetizer.
