It is necessary

  • - spinach - 1 bunch of leaves 10 pcs.
  • - sunflower seeds - 0.5 cups
  • - garlic - 1 clove
  • - salt, pepper - to taste
  • - water - 100 ml

Instructions

Step 1

Spinach is a vegetable green, a favorite product of the famous sailor Papay, from which the cartoon character became strong and could cope with any enemy. And the authors of the picture do not exaggerate at all, because spinach is a rich source of fiber, vitamins A, C, group B, K and PP, as well as such important micro and macro elements as iodine, iron, phosphorus, magnesium and others. To make the sauce, you will need a small bunch of 10 spinach leaves.

The leaves must be washed with cold running water, and then rinsed with cold boiled water.

Place prepared leaves in a blender bowl.

Step 2

Add peeled raw sunflower seeds to this. The benefits of this product have been known since ancient times. Raw seed kernels contain vitamins such as A, B, E, as well as important elements: magnesium, sodium, zinc, potassium, iron, iodine and selenium.

Step 3

It makes no sense to additionally talk about the beneficial properties of garlic, because it is a well-known source of phytoncides, an excellent means of preventing and treating ARVI and colds. To prepare the sauce, you only need one clove of garlic, which must be peeled first.

Step 4

Pour cold water into a bowl with prepared foods, salt and pepper to taste. Wipe everything together with a blender. The sauce is ready to eat.

It is noteworthy that spinach sauce is prepared from raw, not heat-treated products, which means that it preserves the beneficial properties of each of them as much as possible. It should be borne in mind that some vitamins are destroyed not only under the influence of high temperatures, but also when interacting with air and light. Spinach sauce can be refrigerated for up to 3 days in a tightly closed glass container.
