Step 1
The beneficial properties of flax have been known since ancient times. The seeds of this plant are a very valuable food product. Flaxseed has a rich vitamin and mineral composition. This includes such important vitamins as A, B vitamins, vitamins C, E, F. Also, these seeds contain a complete set of amino acids necessary for the normal functioning of the human body. Flax is also a rich source of protein, fiber, omega 3-6-9 fatty acids, minerals such as iron, zinc, calcium, iodine.
Step 2
Flax seeds can be ground in an ordinary coffee grinder, added to various dishes (salads, soups, cereals, and the raw food menu using flax seeds is much wider than the traditional one). Ground flaxseeds can be added to smoothies, or you can make a delicious, hearty and healthy breakfast from them in a matter of minutes. Such porridge will not only perfectly saturate the stomach, but also provide the body with all the necessary nutrients for the whole day.
Step 3
To make porridge, take flax seeds and grind them with a coffee grinder.
Pour the crushed seeds into a bowl, add fresh berries here. If there are no fresh berries, you can take frozen ones. We choose berries to taste and, if possible, any.
Now add here pure cold water, Jerusalem artichoke syrup or honey to sweeten our porridge, and rub it thoroughly with a submersible blender.
The whole process takes about three to five minutes. Porridge can be served immediately.
